view.market is operated by [Company legal name], registered in [jurisdiction] ("view.market", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site or holds an account.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the policies they link to: the Privacy policy, the Creator and payout terms, the Acceptable use policy and the Cookie policy.

view.market is a marketplace for performance-based sponsorships. Brands fund campaigns and set a rate for each platform, paid per block of verified views. Creators post clips for those campaigns on their own social accounts and submit the links. Earnings follow the views we verify.

We are not a party to any agreement between a brand and a creator beyond what these terms describe, and we do not employ creators.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one creator account. Accounts created to get around limits, rules or a suspension will be closed.

A campaign’s budget is held in escrow before the campaign accepts submissions. Earnings are paid out of that budget and stop when it runs out.

Each campaign states its rate, its rules and any limits (such as a cap on what one post can earn, or a minimum view count) before you submit. Those terms are fixed once the campaign is live.

Views are read from the platform by view.market, never reported by the creator or the brand. A submission is paid according to the views that pass the campaign’s rules and hold period. Our records of verified views are final for payout purposes, subject to the review process in the Creator and payout terms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable use policy, or where we are required to by law. Earnings from views we find to be invalid are not payable. Legitimate, verified earnings remain withdrawable unless the law prevents it.

You can close your account at any time by contacting [support contact].

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the actions of social platforms, or for losses caused by a wallet address you gave us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We will post changes to these terms on this page and, for material changes, tell account holders before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
