01Controller

[Company legal name] is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to [privacy contact].

02What we collect

Account data: your email address, your password (stored only as a hash), and your account type.

Session data: a session record for each sign-in, including the IP address and browser user agent it came from.

Linked social accounts: the handle and public profile details of each account you link, such as follower count. When you verify an account we read its public bio once to find your code; we do not keep the code together with the bio.

Submissions: the canonical link to each post you submit, its public statistics over time, and its public caption and content details.

Payouts: your saved payout wallet addresses, your balance and ledger history, and your withdrawal requests with their review history.

03Why we use it

To run your account and keep it secure; to verify that a linked account and a submitted post are yours; to measure views and apply a campaign’s rules; to calculate and pay earnings; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

04Who processes it for us

Hosting and database providers run the service. Social data providers read public profile and post data on our behalf. An automated content review service reads a submitted post’s caption and content to check a campaign’s written guidelines; its verdict can hold a submission for human review but never rejects one by itself.

Withdrawals are sent on the TRON blockchain, which is public: a payout transaction and the receiving address are visible to anyone.

05How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Financial records (the ledger, withdrawals and the evidence behind each payout) are kept for [retention period] to meet accounting and anti-fraud obligations, even after an account is closed.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Some records cannot be deleted while we are required to keep them. Write to [privacy contact]; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
